UNDERGROUND DISTRICT CONVEYOR KSHU-1000
Designed for transportation of mined rock with lump size of potash ore, rock and coal of no more than 300 mm in underground mines and coal mines including gas-and-dust-hasardous ones. The conveyor can be used in workings with dip angles from minus 3 to plus 6º.The conveyor can operate both as an independent transport unit and as a distribution chain of the mine.
The conveyor is rated for 660 V voltage and alternating current frequency of 50 Hz. The conveyor can be rated for another voltage against order of a customer.
The conveyor consists of the following main assembly units and components: boom, drum unit, drive unit, middle part (rope line) of the conveyor, tension station, coupling section. The conveyor embodiment makes it possible to install and connect UKPS unit (fire alarm), KSL sensors (belt running-off control) and KTV (cable – rope switch)

The conveyor can be used in workings with dip angles from minus 3 to plus 18º.The conveyor can operate both as an independent transport unit and as a distribution chain of the mine.
