K-500 Loader is designed for loading of ore, white salt and finished product of potash mines from warehouses to concentrating mills or loading bunkers.
The loader is designed for operations in temperate climate regions and is produced in Y version for ambient temperatures ranging from -30° to +30°С.
The fifteen meter loader’s boom is equipped with a scraper chain made from heavy-duty steel with drop-forged links that provides loosening and loading of ore (salt) on the large area of a warehouse.
The winch fitted on the loader’s platform equipped with motors with a built-in brake provides lifting and lowering of a boom in the course of loading.
The loader’s bucket elevator provides ore loading into a bunker that is under the machine between the rails.
The all-wheel drive undercarriage provides either side loader’s travel along the rails, and the self-braking worm-gear reducers of the drives prevent any self-movement of the loader.
A space cab with a conveniently arranged thumb-button control box is lined with a sound-absorbent material and has a soft spring loaded chair with a height adjustment seat; the cab is equipped with ventilation and heating system ensuring comfort conditions for a driver.
